Question Is Unity Learn COPPA Compliant

    I am a CTE an instructor in CS and Programming and use Unity to work with C#. After a discussion with my IT department, there are questions on whether Unity Learn is COPPA Compliant to be used by high school-aged students in the United States. They question whether UNITY has the proper COPPA compliance for a school's legal liability. Is Unity compliant with United States federal COPPA regulations? Who would I need to talk to and clarify the companies position?
