Question Is Unity Ads SDK use personal data if not allow IDFA?

    Hi all,
    I know use unity ads in iOS app need to use ATT dialog, to allow IDFA or not,
    If yes, everything is ok, and i want to know, if user refuse to allow IDFA,

    Is Unity Ads SDK use personal data(Ex. User Privacy and Data) to prepare and display advertisements or use for other purposes

    If not, Where can I find the documentation to prove.
