Is This A Bug Or Am I Stupid! (Please Help)

Right so I am in Unity and I am mucking around and then I look in the inspector and half my stuff is in the wrong place, or at least the inspector says... Check the attached file to see what I mean.

 

If you're talking about the XYZ position of the game objects, then you probably made these to children of other game objects or each other? How does your hierarchy look like? Because these numbers are relative to the parent game objects.
