Is there some way to set Unity-Editor on the top of "cpu" priority on window 10?

When I import some big package which is more than 1G, the decompressing causted plenty time, above five miniutes on my cpu ,3.5g with 6 cores, but I found it only occpuied cpu about 1% by checking the task manager. Is there some way to let it run faster by configuring something? It seeks take about 20 miniutes to import a resouce-package,which is about 1.53g...
