Is there any way to make a efficient outline to mobile and tablet devices?

    Hi community!

    I've waste a lot of time researching a good solution to make outline in mobile and tablet devices, but I can't found any well solution, not even in Asset Store.     Then, It's possible get this or I should forget the idea of use outline in mobile and tablet games?

    Recently, testing my game in a mobile device (BLACKVIEW BV5500) with a ARM Mali-400 MP2 500, the Outline effect doesn't appear, this is the first case in which I can see this issue...what more can out bad?
