Then, I can use skeleton to control mesh and the sametime play uv animation.
I'm an animator, I wish to do some fx with skeleton, uv animation , and some alpha animation... is this possible in unity ?

Can I ask how you animate uv's, I looked at Max and Maya a little while back and found no way to do it?

Open hypershade window in maya, find your mesh's place2dTexture node, and there are U and V offset you can animate.

That can always be made through the material. You find the uv offset in the material.
