Is there a way to simulate the UCB on a local machine?

    Hi folks,

    My project is taking more than a hour to build on UCB, just to fail during the gradle part.
    And tired of putting logs and wait for another hour just to get the same result, I'm coming here to ask, is there a way to simulate the UCB on a local machine?
    If yes, I would be able to debug it faster and maybe be able to solve the problem to keep using the UCB.
