Is there a way to restore a Unity Collaborate project from the cloud?

My project recently seemingly became corrupted (possibly because I accidentally brought other project and library files into the project that were in a subfolder) and I wanted to restore to an older commit. However, when I open the project (in Unity 2018.4.20f1) the package manager, the Unity Collaborate toolbar, and installed package related toolbars do not appear. I've tried resetting packages to default and deleting the package manifest.json. When I click on the Collaborate toolbar under Cloud Services, nothing happens there either. I can't restore my project from the editor since I can't fix the package issue. That's why I'm wondering if there is a way to restore the project to older version from the cloud itself. I can see the commit before issues started. I also see the problematic files in the cloud, if there is a way to delete them there. Let me know, thanks!
