I have this game that consist of two systems
    1. your workshop that items are created and crafted which takes time i.e 10 min to create a spell
    2. the card game that is actually played and you get rewards and resources

my game have multiple scenes each with its own map and other things, 1 scene is your workshop (HUB) the others are various areas

PROBLEM is when i load other scenes the crafting supposes to continue but it will stop cuz its unloaded, and adding additive scenes was a bad idea and i got tons of bugs, is there a way to keep the hub scene open in background or something so it will continue to do its job but player continues playing in other scenes?

and before you say simulate it i had this idea but workers walk and pickup objects and craft so ill have to hard code time they take walking and crafting then load and add them to progresses which i don't want to!

No you don't. You can perform the simulation based on rough estimations based on crafting time and distance travelled and then draw from that data to create a starting point if you switch over from the simulation to the actual view.

The bugs are happening because you designed the scenes to be loaded separately. You will have to fix the bugs if you want the scene to run on the background
