Search Unity

Is there a way to download the latest Unity editor other than through the hub?

    I'm new to this forum, so I don't know if I'm posting in the right place.

    I live in Lebanon where the electricity cuts off periodically and the Wifi speed is generally slow, and since the hub has no pause and resume button, I'm unable to download the editor.
