Is there a solution for il2cpp.exe stop worrking yet?

    I have searched the internet for solutions just to find out there are out with this problem but I couldn't find a solution.

    Just want to add that i also get this error when trying to build an empty project

    Still the same, it gets stuck when the compiler gets to "Converting managed assemblies to C++" and then I get an error saying il2cpp.exe has stopped working.
    (Running Unity 5.5 which seem to be the latest version.

    Just realized the first error tells you to try and build in development mode for more information, here is the first error I get when I try to build in development mode:
