Question Is there a complete consent tutorial anywhere?

    Analytics consent is really confusing, and until I grasp it I will not be using the services since I do not know if I'm breaking any laws.

    Is there any tutorial that will take me through EVERYTHING I need to do to SAFELY send a simple custom event? By that I mean showing consent popup, handling user input, etc. I think it's a mistake to expect the dev to know how any of this works, these laws are really complicated.
