    I think they always use Unity employees. The person in that video sounded, like "Matt Gieg" I think his name is...He introduces himself a couple of times in other videos :p

    That one was Adam, all the tutorials are put together, edited and narrated in-house by guys from the Learn Team.
    Good bunch that know how to get stuff across to us mere mortals :)
