Is the "Express Purchase" feature forever gone from the Asset Store

Hi there!

it's not the first time I sort of miss that feature a bit.

But, maybe I may be just not seeing it properly, or has been moved elsewhere.

I have a cart full of asset for a future purchase, but I'd like to just purchase a single one, without having to move all assets out and in the cart again.

The "Express Purchase" was useful in those case, but I can't seem to be able to use it.

In my account settings they're "disabled" and it's just an informative line of text: no interactivity.

Is this feature forever gone (or not available at the moment), or has it been in front of my eyes for hours?

I'm VAT exempt, so I can't use the old store (which by default added VAT in any case) because there's no option to select the option and enter my organization tax id.
