Question Is my Unity Android game free or paid?

I'm making a Unity game for the Android platform. The game is free to download, and you can play a certain amount of content for free. There is also content I plan to ship with the game that is initially locked, but can be unlock via in-app purchases.

As far as the Google Play Console goes, do I check free or paid?
