There is MegaDAZ for bringing in bodymorphs. But there is nothing , well i don't know is there? to animate the face?

OR at least is there a way to script movement of the eyes of a DAZ figure. I remember before, opening up the figure's hierarchy and seeing eye Left eye Right. couldn't you rotate those just like you rotate Primitive Sphere's or whatever? How would you do it?

I think this should be in external tools instead of animation.
Are you asking about setting up in daz or unity?
Setting up eyes for a daz character should be similar to setting up eyes for any other character as long as daz rig is setup correctly.
A question that will produce more quality information is - does daz rigs conform to Unitys humanoid rig structure?

Look into morph3d and how the characters are setup? Im positive they use daz models. There were several threads related to it and how they setup there morph3d system. I also think they have a (whatever new generation) daz character on the asset store free for download.

When you import the FBX you can apply a humanoid rig in Unity. The rigging from Daz3D doesn't translate well in Unity so it should be overwritten.

Facial animation can be imported. In Daz3D you have to use AniMate2 and export the facial animations you have created. This is ok for basic expressions but not that great for more complex facial movements.

I recommend the Realistic Eye movement asset from the asset store for getting blink and eye ball animations working properly.
