Question Is it possible to use both AR Occlusion Manager and Motion Capture at the same time for ARKit?

I'm planning to do something like a virtual background while capturing the user's movement so I think I need to use the AR Occlusion Manager for that. But according to https://forum.unity.com/threads/human-occlusion-has-been-added-to-arfoundation-arkit.781406/. They cannot be used simultaneously. But that was back in 2019, has things changed by now?

They are still incompatible unfortunately.

I was wondering if it's possible to stencil the hands.. I saw that the app Zero10 does it..
