    Hello:

As best as I can tell from the Unity user manual in order to have transparency in video assets it must be present in a supported video format like Apple ProRes 4444 with alpha or Webm VP8 with alpha prior to import.

I'm wondering if it's possible to import two MP4 files, one that's the video and one that's the alpha only and then set a luma matte after import to define transparency.

Assuming that that's not possible, is it possible to use the Video Clip Importer under macOS to transcode and keep alpha and then move those assets or that project over to Windows?

    Thank you in advance,
