Is it possible to run Unity build as an Android Service?

    I want to draw some objects over running applications. I can make it as an Android service with
    OVERLAY_PERMISSION using Java Native application. Is it possible to run my game built with Unity as an Android Service? I need to draw some objects on a transparent background to be seen over the running application.
