    Hi everyone!

I have a question. I get exactly the look I want in the hdrp plugin, but hdrp is not supported on mobile platforms. Is it possible to render hdrp quality graphics in urp?

Depends on what things you want to do. With light baking and proper assets you can get close, and with custom shaders and VFX you can fake many things like fog and volumetrics etc.
I personally recommend people to work in the URP if they are starting a project (unless you know what you are doing) and unsure and if absolutely needed upgrade to the hdrp.

URP shaders can be customized to look quite good. While console or beefy PC desktop systems can handle straight up heavy FX processing, super optimization requires a lot of sneaky visual tricks to get it to look good while being highly performant at the same time. For example, I've been optimizing for Intel UHD600 video cards, and I found that baked lighting + 1 real time shadowless directional light gives a great look while being highly performant in URP.
