Is it possible to pay users using IAP?

    Basically, I'm making a game where I reward the users in in-app coins for winning, which they can exchange for real life money. Is that possible using Unitys IAP?

    No, that would likely be considered a gambling app. IAP actually goes the other direction, where users use real money to pay for in app coins.
