I am way over my head here, it has been five years since I last wrote a line of code and it wasn't great code even then. But I'm trying to help a friend and I need to apply a mask, to visual effects particles I created following a tutorial. I trying to do something like it is show in here (https://answers.unity.com/questions/1482225/particles-are-ignoring-masking-options-when-using.html) with the stopwatch mask over the pink particles, but with the VFX particles I have.

I have looked for masking tutorials, but I can't find one for VFX, and the tutorials I find for other particle systems show options that I can't find in VFX, like this one where at 03:44, the person clicks an option called Masking to select how the particles interact with a mask:

Is this possible with VFX? If so, where can I find the option?
I would specially appreciate if anyone knows of a tutorial for it, thanks.
