Is it possible to know the average eCPM per region as an advertiser ?

    Is it possible to know the average eCPM per region as an advertiser so we can know the average price for a 1000 imprints and start calculating what our CPI might be? The only thing I found was this page:

    It seems to imply that for the US, "reward video" is at 11,87 US$, but it seems to be from the perspective of the publisher and not the advertiser. Is it roughly the same now? If it is from the publisher, what is the actual cost for somebody who advertises on the network?
