Is it possible to import Standard Assets in Unity 2018 through "Assets>Import Package" ?

I have downloaded the standard assets from the asset store. However, they still don't show up when I go to Assets>Import Package. In Unity 2018, I was able to import packages individually such as "ParticleSystems" like in the picture below:


but now I can only import from the Asset Store which means I have to wait for all the packages to open, then checkmark the items I want, and then import which takes longer than before. Is there a way to setup Unity 2018 so I can import individual Standard Asset packages like before?
