Is it possible to achieve such lighting in unity3d by indie developers?

    Anything is possible. It only depends on amount of time you'd want to invest in getting this level of visuals.

    It requires time to learn how to do such lighting in Unity, and actually doing that. Your question doesn't makes a whole lot of sense. Is it possible to get good lighting in Unity? Sure. But that doesn't means it'd be easy. You still have to work on it.
