Is it normal to see "overlapping UV" warning even though I have uv2 with no overlaps?

Hi, here is something I don't quite understand, is it normal for Unity show this warning for ProBuilder objects even though I already created a uv2 with no overlaps?

I have tried exporting the mesh from ProBuilder and using the exported mesh: no warning is displayed. So is it a false warning or is there something I should lookout for?

Hi! Would you mind sending me the object to take a look at? Also, what version of Unity and ProBuilder? Thanks!

Here is a test project, the cube has this lightmap warning while the plane doesn't.
