Is it me or the sprite editor is completely broken in Unity 2018?

Hello, when I drag a sprite inside the sprite editor it works for a while, then the image gets stuck while the mouse keeps moving.
If I attempt to click and drag the sprite again, it doesn't work, the sprite doesn't move at all; I have to change the zoom and re-click the sprite then drag and if I'm lucky the image moves and then it gets stuck again.

Also if I click and drag while I'm over the Sprite data window, it selects and moves the sprites that are covered by the window,.

Finally the middle mouse button have problems too, instead of panning sometimes it moves the sprites you're over.

I was having this problems with Unity 2018.3.0f2, I updated to 2018.3.9f1 and the problems are still there.
Is it just me or what? Are these issues fixed in beta 2019? Thanks.
