I have a short question, if a person has unity free or crack and another has unity pro, if these 2 people work together and publish using unity pro, is that legal? If not then is it legal to buy the team license at the end when you are going to publish the game?

The answer to any "is it legal" question generally ranges from "probably no" to "hell no."

In this particular case, the answer is no because it's explicitly violates the terms of the Eula, specifically section 2.b.

As to buying just before publishing, I'd say it's legal, it's just that everything you've done up to that point is illegal.

You possibly misunderstand what Team License is. Team License is an add-on to the Pro editor which allows that single user to make use of Cache Server, and Revision control software. Both you and your colleague will need Pro and Team License add-ons. Using cracked software is never legal.
