Is it hard to go from Unity2D to Unity3D?

I have many game ideas that are mostly 3D but this free online course I am taking is 2D. Is it going to be hard to transition from learning Unity2D to 3D?

 

See the "2D" in the toolbar? Click it (just a heads-up you can use 3D mode for 2D games to create a layered effect).



After that select your camera and switch the projection from Orthographic to Perspective.



You've now switched from 2D to 3D (selecting a 3D template will automatically set the camera to Perspective).
