Is it even posible to change the project's status?

I have scanned the whole page from top to bottom row by row, letter by letter and yet I can't find a way to change the project's status from "Draft" to "Finished" or whatever. Is it possible to change the project's status or once you are assigned the draft status you can never change it?

You just have to post it That will take it from draft to published status.

 

Thanks, it worked now, but I tried just that for weeks and nothing happened.
