Is Cloth compatible with runtime character creation?

    I can't seem to find a way to update the vertex list in cloth to reflect changes made to a mesh in character creation.

    How do I update a cloth component after combining skinned meshes? I can access the vertex list, but not edit it.

    Is cloth currently compatible with skinned meshes that have been altered at runtime?
