Is anyone else getting video tearing with bumblebee?

This build is working great! So I figured it's time to start reporting minor annoyances

I'm getting very bad tearing in the editor but only when running with the nvidia GPU via bumblebee. The integrated intel GPU has no tearing but the overall performance is worse obviously. Maybe vsyncing with the wrong device?

 

you could try using primusrun or vblank_mode=1 optirun

 

I'm not sure if in different distributions primusrun exists, but it gives better performance than regular optirun

 

Yeah,
I've tried all the different sync settings in primusrun/optirun but the tearing doesn't go away. I don't get tearing with other apps though
