iPad 3 resolution and iPad Retina projects.

    Right now i'm building a project specifically oriented towards the new iPad and it's retina display.

    Should i have to do something so unity gets the maximum resolution of the retina iPad?
    Is there going to be some patch soon that fixes the icon and splash screen problem?
