iOS: Render Buffer messed up on second launch

    I wrapped my unity view into an UIViewController which I show and dismiss as I need.
    I get this very strange result when showing the UIViewController the second time.

    It looks like the buffer to which lightmapped/non-transparent objects are rendered to is scaled to 200%. The "Development Mode" label is also not visible (which lead me to the "200% scale" thesis).

    Anyone seen this before? And has some pointers?
