iOS iTunes Connect Submission App Privacy Questions

I am submitting a new game to through iTunes Connect to the App Store and there is a new "App Privacy" section that looks like it needs to be filled in.

There are a TON of questions related to app privacy, Device ID, IDFA, Analytics and Data collection, etc. etc.

How do I know what to answer with all of these questions in regard to Unity Ads?

 

I have a kids category game (last submitted a couple of weeks ago). For that game I refer to the following sections for App Store submissions:

"Unity's guidelines at https://unityads.unity3d.com/help/resources/dashboard-guide#app-store-compliance for configuring this game. Unity's "Policies Concerning Children" can be found at https://unity3d.com/legal/privacy-policy#section-6-our-policies-concerning-children"
(depending on your game, you might want to refer to different sections in our documentation)
