IOS email receipt problem

Hi, we have a problem with our app.
Many users send us the payment receipt (Apple or Google) and tell us they have not received the inapp purchase.
On Google there is a number (which is also in the digital receipt) and then we can know if we have given the inapp or not but on Apple as it does?
I am attaching a facsimile of the receipt.

Any help or suggestion is welcome.
