    Hi there,

we submitted an App that got rejected because of the following reason:
We found several screens of your app were crowded and/or laid out in a way that made it difficult to use your app or complete tasks within your app.

We set orientation to landscape right and it seems as if Unity has problems with the new iPhone 6 plus.
The screenshot we got from the review team shows it in portrait mode...

Any idea to solve this issue?

We tested the app on iPhone 3gs, iPad3 and iPhone 4 and everythings working as we defined it in unity -> landscape right...

Have you tried it with 4.5.4p1?

Is the patch for Unity Pro only or also for the free version?

This happens on about any iOS device with iOS8. Happening here w/ Unity 4.6 beta.

Version 4.5.4p1 fixed that issue. The orientation problem is not related to the iPhone 6. It occurs on every device running iOS 8.

    So thanks PixelEnvision!

The 4.5.4f1 official release says "iOS: Fixed startup orientation handling on iOS 8." is this not the same thing? Do I still need to download 4.5.4p1?

If I use Xcode 5.1.1 with build target iOS7, I still will be rejected because of iOS 8 devices?

No, but it will run upscaled in iPhone 6/6 Plus.
