Hey everyone, with iOS 9 and the new MultiTasking features for iPad I ran into some problems with my current project.

The nature of my game requires that the game be played in landscape. The problem then arises when I try and upload from XCode to iTunes Connect and I get an error because I don't have all four orientations checked in my build settings of Unity.

Enabling the options for portrait in my game is not an option because the game is designed for landscape. So what options do I have in terms of a workaround?

    Some possible options:
    - Abandon the idea of iPad support for my game
    - Enable the two portrait orientations and try to force Unity to only render in landscape (I feel like this wouldn't work)

Any other ideas and tips would be greatly appreciated

In xcode under the iPad settings, check off requires fullscreen. This will remove the additional portrait requirements.

Wow, that was incredibly easy and simple. Thank you.

Do you know if this has any other effects besides disabling this requirement? Would it just appear as it would prior to iOS 9? I only ask because I don't have an iPad immediately available to test.

I havent seen any yet, no. I think it just has to do with the new iOS 9 iPad multitasking and with that setting, it disables it in your app.
