iOS 15 crash CoreTelephony

    Xcode 13.0
    Some of my ios users can't enter my app (they receive a black screen or crash)
    I noticed a huge spike in the crashes section, only for ios 15 users
    I can't see it on my iPhone device and can't find any information about my specific logs-
    Can you please help it's urgent

    Your crash is not related to Unity. The crashing code is from Google Ads.

    Why Google Ads?? (if you refer to GADMediationAdapterAdColony - I removed it and got the same error just without that line)

    Having the same issue. Found out that the crash is somehow connected with the allowing push notification request. After allowing
    app to send notifications, each next launch game shows black screen and doesn't respond, after a few seconds it crashes.
    Unity 2021.1.14
    Xcode 13.2.1
    I have tried build-in Unity notification system (deprecated) and new "Mobile Notifications" plugin - behavior is the same.
    I have a gut feeling that it's some conflict between plugins\SDKs, but I can't figure it out yet.
    There are Firebase, FacebookSDK, Audince Network, Applovin MAX Ads, AppsFlyer, Yandex Appmetrica and Unity IAP in my project.

    Since I opened this thread I'll write my solution. In my case, the issue was because of Firebase and Unity's mobile notification plugin (which I forgot that I even installed). If you update both, it should fix the problem- I found the solution here (scroll to the end)
