Hello, My organization purchased an asset from the asset store and assigned it to my seat. I've installed it through the package manager and am trying to receive support from the author. The invoice is verified, but the status is "Not Downloaded". Is this a bug where the status is only based on the original purchaser, not the seat the asset is assigned? This creates a problem with support because the author requires the asset status to be "Downloaded".
