Question invisible terrain after uninstalling HDRP

I removed HDRP for the package manager but this happened

When I reinstall HDRP the terrain becomes visible again, but I need to use Shader Graph.
But Shader Graphs appear as purple.
You can see I have the ability to edit the terrain.
Also something noticed else which is that i cant edit more than one eventhough all the terrains are in the same group (it used to work before uninstalling).
Also all the purple textures CAN'T be fixed by changing the shader type which is set to internalerrorshader or something similar
Even in game mode i cant move except on the terrain I spawned on I fall through the rest of the terrain i cant see it but i remember how it looks.
