Bug InvalidOperationException during World.Dispose

I'm getting an InvalidOperationException during world disposal.

InvalidOperationException: EntityQuery cannot be disposed. Note that queries created with GetEntityQuery() should not be manually disposed; they are owned by the system, and will be destroyed along with the system itself.

It seems like WorldUnmanaged is disposing queries it shouldn't be. Entities 1.0.0-pre.15, Unity 2022.2.2f1.
