Invalid texture used for cursor - check importer settings or texture creation. Texture must be RGBA32, readable, have alphaIsTransparency enabled and have no mip chain. How do I fix this? When I build and run, my game doesn't have the intended reticle for my mouse pointer :'(

    Help would be appreciated. thanks

Sounds like you need to adjust the import settings on the cursor texture

As for RGBA error , it means the texture you have either doesn't have transparency or the format you saved it in lacks transparency. Bmp texture doesn't support transparency so use png instead. Also make sure the cursor image actually has a transparent background
