Invalid Project Path

Hello,
I was trying to edit a game that I worked on just yesterday. Upon trying to launch the project however, it first told me that I was missing the editor version on this machine, and told me to select another version on my machine. After doing this and trying to launch the project again, I got the error message: Invalid project path. I checked the installation path of the project, and it was empty except for one folder called "desktop-tutorial." I compiled the game into an executable file a while back, so if it's possible to launch the project from there, please let me know. Otherwise, any other suggestions will help greatly.
