    Hello,
currently I am trying to pull stuff from the remote branch via plastic scm (Windows 11) but I am facing this issue:
    upload_2022-5-26_13-27-11.png
Same stuff happens in the Plastic SCM program - I already tried to sign out and in again, but nothing changes.

I reinstalled the workspace to another location

Also, on my main computer (Windows) this problem does not occur.

What can be done, to solve the problem?

    Hi,

I'm guessing if something in your client configuration could be wrong. If you rename/remove the following folder, you should be able to re-configure the Plastic client from scratch:
    C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\plastic4\client.conf

Are you using email/password or Unity ID?

    Regards,
    Carlos.

    Hello,

What would you recommend if that file can't be found, or if renaming/removing didn't work?

    If you run
    plastic --configure
in a Command prompt window this should open a wizard that allows you to re-authenticate.

    On Mac:
    macplastic --configure

    On Linux:
    gtkplastic --configure

    Hope this helps!
