I'd like to introduce you to the Scene Console - a low-footprint editor extension that allows you to include a console window in your project that you can bring up with the press of a button, either whilst playing the scene/project in the Unity Editor, or as a standalone or web player build.

From the Scene Console you are able to view the functions, properties and fields of all the scripts within the project and list GOs in the scene, invoke functions, view and set variable values etc. to give yourself an edge whilst debugging your built project.

Visit http://10103.co.uk/#scenecon for more information and access to the manual which provides a breakdown of the available commands.

Remember, this is version 1.0 and I'm always happy to listen to feedback and feature requests - so if you have a particular use-case that isn't covered by the features already in Scene Console, let me know and I'll do my best to get it added as quickly as possible!

Available now from the Asset Store.
