Introducing Immerse Collaborative, a plugin for Unity that enables you to add multi-player access to your virtual reality, or non-VR application. It only takes a few minutes to set up, with no programming or scripting, and only a basic understanding of Unity is needed.

It’s designed to be as simple as possible, with a simple 5 minute setup, and a very simple login process.

You can walk, you can talk, and you can point at things with a laser. For the most basic types of 3D visualization, that's all you really need; whether you’re showcasing a design, giving a guided tour, teaching a class or presenting an idea.

There are lots of great platforms out there for sharing virtual content in open, public spaces (VRChat is one of our favorites). Immerse Collaborative provides a more private, smaller scale alternative, when all you really need is a quick and easy way to get people together virtually.

Our goal is to get users into the space as quickly and easily as possible, without any technical hassle. You don’t even have to choose or customize an avatar. You simply upload your profile picture if you want to, and choose a profile color.

The best part is, Immerse Collaborative dovetails with all of the functionality of the Immerse Framework, our set of building blocks for creating interactive Unity3D applications. With this powerful combination, you can quickly and easily create environments that are rich with interactivity, then introduce multi-player collaborative functionality within minutes.

We can also customize Immerse Collaborative around your project’s requirements.

We’re currently in early beta, and invite you to sign up for discounted access to Immerse Collaborative: http://www.immerseinteractive.com/collaborative
