Bug Internal build system error. Backend exited with code -1073741819.

Everything was fine, I was doing a project, but when I decided to compile the application, I was abruptly written: Internal build system error. Backend exited with code -1073741819.I tried to create a new project (as I always did) and an unexpected thing happened to me in a new project it began to write the same thing. I reinstalled Java, Unity, Unity Hub, all together and recreated projects, but nothing helped. What should I do?
