Bug Internal build system error. Backend exited with code -1073741819.

    After saving my scripts, compilation can fail with "
    Internal build system error. Backend exited with code -1073741819." but I'm not sure what that means. Can anyone help?

    My version of Unity is: 2022.1.4f1
