    • Intermittent service disruptions are causing the Collaborate service to fail for some users, related to a similar issue beginning on 22 March.

    Symptoms
    • Attempting to use Collaborate in the editor may result in errors.
    • Attempting to roll back or retrieve any other data through the Collaborate service may fail with errors.
    • This may affect all users.

    Resolution ETA
    • The service is restored at this time and we are actively continuing to monitor the situation.
    • Please contact support through normal means at this time if you are continuing to see errors.
